That pretty much sums up this showstopping kitchen transformation, designed in collaboration with one of our trusted design partners—and it’s easily one of our all-time favorites.

Located in Bedford, NH, this stunning kitchen was part of a full first-floor remodel. It’s a striking blend of old and new:

• The old: rich, dark-stained hardwood floors, a rustic exposed beam, vintage-inspired light fixtures, distressed open shelving, and a repurposed antique door—crackled paint and all—now functioning as a sliding barn door.
• The new: crisp white and navy cabinetry, ultra-modern white appliances paired with bold gold hardware, and sleek gold accents in the pendant lights, cabinet pulls, and plumbing fixtures.

The contrast is intentional, and the result is unforgettable.
